Smart Home System

Since 2014, we have been involved not only in the installation of stretch ceilings but also in electrical work, smart home integration, automation, and programming of home schedules. For the first smart home setup, the owner’s requirement was to control the home’s lighting, electrical devices, and blinds with voice commands, as well as to make the heating and air conditioning systems remote-controlled and programmable. Additionally, they wanted to be able to shut everything down and monitor any potential events in the home while away.

Applications: Hotels, AirBnB properties, and privately used apartments. It allows for tracking consumption data and quick power disconnection, saving time and money for users through remote control. Traditional switches can remain; this is just an addition that makes daily life more convenient. It integrates with almost all devices and can connect with any voice assistant (Apple HomePod, Amazon Alexa, Google Home). The key is programming and customizing the system to meet all customer needs.

(Example: When the client arrives home in the evening, they say "Hey Google, I'm home," and the system lowers the blinds, turns on the entryway lights and mood lighting, announces the listed tasks or plays music, turns on the air conditioner, and heats up the towel warmer so that the towel dries quickly after a shower.) But this is just one preset.

In a hotel, for the order of efficiency and energy saving, a system can be designed that, unlike a card-based system, allows for the activation of devices either from the reception desk or upon opening the door after handing over the key. This means that when a guest enters their room, mood lighting or addressable LED strips can impress them with a light show. And when they leave the room, the system switches the devices to eco mode. (However, if the devices are controlled from the reception desk or if the room or apartment is set to activate based on the arrival time, guests can arrive under the most ideal conditions, thus increasing their satisfaction.)

Electrical installation

The electrical installation in a smart home is minimally different from average wiring and electrical tools. However, it is crucial for creating a reliable system. Once the electrical network is in place, a wireless device is installed that enables voice and smart device control of the user’s own equipment. (Sometimes we can pair this system with the existing wiring too)
